Package/Delivery Scams

A text or email claims that USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier cannot deliver a package until you update your address or pay a small fee. The provided link leads to a fake website designed to steal payment or personal information.

Tips: Don't use links in unexpected delivery messages. Check the tracking number directly through the carrier's official website or app. A request for a small payment can be an attempt to obtain your credit-card information.
