The Sampson County Board of Commissioners has previously identified the urgent need for new Emergency Services Facilities given that our current facility is not adequate for effective disaster response and has experienced flooding in two major events in the past three years (2015-2018) which threatened the facility's operability. The Board has authorized pre-planning for a new facility, and a Development Team has been diligent working to bring funding options and a timeline for the project.

The new Sampson County 911 & Emergency Services Facilities is located at 530 Commerce Rd, Clinton, NC. The building is approximately 36,000 square feet and will house the county’s 911 telecommunications, emergency medical services, emergency management operations, fire marshal and addressing services, and emergency operations center.
