Public Notice: 2028 Countywide Property Revaluation

Piner Appraisal Company will soon begin work on the 2028 countywide real property revaluation. Over the next several weeks, their appraisers will be in the field throughout the county visiting properties and collecting parcel data. This fieldwork is an important part of ensuring fair and accurate property assessments for all property owners.

Residents may notice appraisers taking photos and verifying property details from the exterior. All Piner Appraisal Company staff will carry official identification, and their vehicles will be clearly marked for easy recognition.

We want to make the public aware of this activity to reduce confusion and address any concerns. Your cooperation is appreciated as this important project gets underway to keep our property records accurate and up to date.
